Miramar Post-Acute Care Solutions is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, Florida. This part‑time position (7a‑3p, every other weekend) focuses on delivering exceptional care and support to residents.

Base pay: $15.00/hr – $17.00/hr (competitive). Your actual rate depends on your skills and experience. Talk with a recruiter for details.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide direct patient care, assist with vital signs, maintain records, collaborate with the healthcare team, ensure a clean environment, and participate in ongoing training.

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents.
• Assist with vital signs, nutritional intake, and mobility assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including infection control and fall prevention.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulations.

• Current CNA certification in the State of Florida.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Availability for hours 11p‑7a.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
