Human Resources (HR) Coordinator at Excelsior Care Group
Facility: Palm Beach Nursing Center
Location: Lake Worth, Florida
Shift: Full Time
Pay Rate: Up to $30 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Champion employee engagement by developing morale programs, managing effective discipline practices, and handling payroll changes, terminations, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Department of Health guidelines.
- Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent to fill open roles.
- Oversee critical HR processes such as I-9 documentation, workers' compensation, disability claims, and FMLA administration.
- Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare environment.
- Union experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
