Warehouse Supervisor

EMS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our 1st shift operations from 7AM-5PM. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing performance, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and fostering a safe, collaborative, and efficient work environment. We’re looking for a strong leader with warehouse management experience who excels at motivating teams, solving problems on the fly, and keeping operations running at their best.

• Assigning and overseeing tasks to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Monitoring shipping supplies and maintaining inventory replenishment.
• Ensuring employees follow company and OSHA safety procedures at all times.
• Coaching, evaluating, and developing team members for professional growth.
• Leading safety and accident‑prevention initiatives.
• Rolling up your sleeves and taking a hands‑on approach when needed.
• Supporting other warehouse duties as business needs arise.

• Experience:
  
  3+ years in a supervisory or management role within warehouse or distribution.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills:
  
  Strong problem‑solving ability, effective communication, basic math, and ability to read a tape measure.
• Leadership:
  Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable with fairness and consistency.
• Knowledge:
  Familiarity with EMS products preferred.
