Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes for highly motivated construction workers to join our team as a Dozer Operator.
Responsibilities- Operate grader to spread and level material according to grade specification.
- Use GPS.
- Manipulate hand and/or foot controls to operate a grader on roads.
- Coordinate machine actions with other activities, moving in response to hand or audio signals.
- Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions and follow all safety procedures.
- DOT Experience (required).
- 1-3 years heavy equipment operation.
- Experienced with backhoes, dozers, rough graders; able to work under limited direction and supervision.
- Ability to perform essential job tasks in less than favorable conditions, including strenuous work in varying temperatures, humidity, sand, wind, or other extreme inclement weather for extended periods.
Location:
8057 Lake Worth Road, Lake Worth, FL 33467. Housing and per diem will be provided for operators only.
