Certified Nurse Midwife

We are seeking two Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM) to join our growing team in providing full‑scope midwifery services in both clinic and birth settings. The ideal candidate is passionate about women’s health, confident in autonomous practice, and dedicated to supporting natural, patient‑centered birth experiences.

• Clinic: 2–3 clinic days per week, 3 weeks per month
• Call rotation: 1 week primary birth coverage, 1 week backup, 1 week limited coverage, 1 week off per month

• Provide comprehensive, full‑scope midwifery care including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and well‑woman services.
• Manage labor and birth in collaboration with other midwives and physicians when appropriate.
• Offer family planning and contraceptive counseling.
• Educate patients on reproductive health, wellness, and holistic care practices.
• Participate in rotational call coverage as outlined above.
• Document all patient encounters accurately and promptly.

• Active RN and CNM licensure in the state of Florida.
• AMCB certification (or eligibility).
• BLS and NRP certification required.
• Prior midwifery experience preferred; new graduates with strong birth experience welcome.
• Commitment to patient autonomy, evidence‑based care, and respectful, holistic practice.
