Home Health RN – Full Time
Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Full‑Time Registered Nurses to service Palm Beach. Must have OASIS assessment experience.
Requirements- Must have an active Florida State RN License
- 3+ years of experience working as an RN; home-care experience a significant plus
- RNs must have OASIS assessment experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Home Care policies and procedures
