LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Evening Shift

Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, located in the heart of Lake Worth Beach, Florida, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and improving the lives of our residents. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team.

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, sub-acute care, or rehabilitation settings; experience with geriatric population preferred
