Job Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians and other healthcare team members
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive healthcare records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a focus on excellent patient care
