The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. The primary goal is to meet and exceed customer needs, promote our products and services, and facilitate service appointments. This position requires effective communication skills to build strong customer relationships, execute precise transaction procedures, and contribute to the growth and success of our automotive retail business.
PayRange
$15.50 – $23.20 per hour
Responsibilities- Operate as a motivated sales individual.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
- Respond energetically to every customer, both on the phone and in the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- Minimum 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaint resolution to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and the ability to drive company vehicles.
