Weekend – Sales-Driven Beauty Advisor (6 Sales/Shift Minimum)

Ohla US is seeking high-performing Beauty Advisors to represent a premium hair care brand in local retail stores. This is a weekend, in-store role for individuals who are confident in their ability to drive consistent sales and meet clear performance goals.

• Sales-Oriented:
  
  Proven success in meeting or exceeding retail sales goals.
• Beauty-Focused:
  
  Background or interest in hair care, beauty retail, or cosmetology is a strong plus.
• Confident Communicator:
  
  Comfortable initiating conversations, educating shoppers, and asking for the sale.
• Self-Motivated & Reliable:
  
  Ability to work independently, stay on-task, and deliver results consistently.

• Bilingual:
  
  Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Sales-First Focus:
  
  This is a performance-based role requiring a minimum of 6 confirmed sales per shift.
• Customer Engagement:
  
  Proactively approach shoppers, build rapport, and convert interest into sales through confident, knowledgeable communication.
• Merchandising Excellence:
  
  Ensure all products are properly stocked, organized, and displayed according to brand standards and planograms.
• Inventory Management:
  
  Replenish shelves, rotate stock, and monitor inventory levels.
• In-Store Visits:
  
  Travel to retail locations in your area (mileage reimbursed).
• Quick & Accurate Reporting:
  
  Submit daily performance through a mobile reporting app.
