Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/ Order Writer
Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreos, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and many other industry-leading snacks.
Responsibilities- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Order product (via iPad tablet) for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreos, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
- At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude with ability to work independently.
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical activity requirements such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location (Saginaw, TX) or secondary locations:
Lake Worth, TX;
Fort Worth, TX. - Schedule availability required:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; start by 6 am.
- Hourly compensation rate ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.
