The representative will handle inbound & outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, maintain high customer satisfaction, and promote vehicle sales and services. Additional responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, following up with potential customers, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions to ensure seamless support.

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with customers
• Proficiency in customer service and promoting high customer satisfaction
• Experience in sales and the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational & time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in automotive or sales roles is a plus
