Overview

At Florida Window & Door, we provide top-quality hurricane impact windows and doors. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our outbound calling team. You will engage prospects, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales executives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Engage with prospects through our auto dialer system; each connected call is an opportunity to set an appointment
• Present company value in a professional, engaging way
• Overcome objections and build rapport quickly
• Set qualified appointments in alignment with company KPIs
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Prior experience in outbound calling, telesales, vacation sales, timeshares or appointment setting
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Self-motivated and able to meet performance targets
• Comfortable working with scripts and call-tracking software
• Resilient, coachable, and team-oriented

Base pay range: $15.00/yr - $15.00/yr
