Automatic Door Repair and Install Technician – Lake Worth, FL

• Install, repair, and maintain doors, turnstiles, revolving doors, and other entrance or security products.
• Proactively assist in projects, demonstrating autonomy in a high‑expectation, low‑supervision environment to drive project success.
• Learn and adapt: embrace the opportunity to learn techniques from your trainer, building on existing skills and showing a desire to grow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite, paying attention to detail, taking pride in workmanship, and solving problems for customers.
• Order and track parts, materials, and time spent on services.

• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, problem‑solving and diagnostic skills, familiar with power and hand tools.
• License:
  Must possess an unrestricted and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
• Experience:
  
  Comfortable using power and hand tools; preference for experience in carpentry, electrical, military, HVAC, or similar trades.
• Physical:
  Ability to stand, bend, and/or climb for long periods of time in a non‑climate‑controlled environment; lift 75+ pounds; work at heights/use a ladder.
• Tests:
  Successful completion of a background check and drug screen required. COVID‑19, flu, and other vaccinations may be required.

Candidates must have a clean criminal and motor vehicle record. Initial COVID vaccine is required due to work in health care facilities. Yearly flu shots and TB tests are required.
