Florida Window and Door is the 19th largest Home Improvement company in the Nation! We serve the state of Florida, specializing in the installation of residential Impact Windows and Doors. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Installation Department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is eager to grow with our team.
Responsibilities- Schedule installation and service appointments with homeowners based on crew and customer availability. Scheduling should also be based on the installation crew’s skill set.
- Develop and maintain customer satisfaction by communicating with crew and customers prior to, during, and after installation to ensure complete customer satisfaction and a five-star review.
- Continually update job progress and customer communication into CRM.
- Order materials.
- Education:
High School Diploma. - Basic experience in construction, windows and/or doors is preferred.
- Highest level of customer service with enthusiasm and professional attitude.
- Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
- Must be detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and expert data entry skills; experience with Salesforce is helpful.
