• Maintain appropriate safety stock inputs and job order minimums to improve efficiency and avoid stockouts.
• Generate and analyze monthly forecasting models using demand patterns and historical data via Advanced Planning ERP systems.
• Coordinate expediting of job orders.
• Perform job order status updates for Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Back‑up the creation of the Master Production Schedule and identify issues to ensure on time shipping.
• Produce paperwork needed for the creation of finished goods.
• Participates in production meetings. Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years Production Control, Planning, or Supply Chain experience.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, complex, machine shop environment.
• Experience with ERP, MES, and Advanced Planning systems. Infor experience is highly desirable.
• APICS or CPIM certification preferable.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven expertise in Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $56,000 - $76,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
