ECHO is hiring Assemblers for our cutting-edge, climate-controlled facility located in Lake Zurich!
The Assembler plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of our final products. The role of an Assembler requires you to perform various repetitive assembly and fabrication operations as assigned by the Group Leader.
No Experience Needed! Will Train!
2nd Shift M-F: 3:15pm-11:30pm
Pay: $16/HR +1 SD = $17/HR

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive instructions and work specifications from the Group Leader.
- Assemble, operate machinery, or package company products.
- Use hand tools and compressed air drivers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
- Keep tools, fixtures, and work area in a neat and orderly condition.
- Follow all safety rules and policies.
- Perform various other duties and assignments as requested to assist in the overall operation of the department.
Job Experience/Skills:
- No experience is necessary; training is provided.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Skills in operating small hand tools and willingness to work overtime are required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
