What You’ll DoAs an Assembler, you will perform hands-on manufacturing activities that support the production of high-quality medical devices. Working within a regulated manufacturing environment, you'll follow established procedures, maintain accurate documentation, identify quality concerns, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to approved procedures and work instructions.
- Follow quality requirements and perform in-process inspections to verify work accuracy.
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as adhesive dispensers, UV curing equipment, hot boxes, and tipping machines.
- Utilize hand tools and measurement devices including calipers, rulers, tweezers, cutters, and precision assembly tools.
- Prepare workstations and perform line clearance activities to ensure production readiness.
- Complete Lot History Records (LHRs) and other manufacturing documentation accurately and completely.
- Identify defects, nonconformances, or equipment concerns and communicate them to production leadership.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities within manufacturing areas.
- Maintain material traceability and organization throughout the manufacturing process.
- Follow all quality system requirements, SOPs, and safety procedures.
