Smalley is seeking an Inspector to join the Inspection team in Lake Zurich, IL. You will verify part conformity, perform precision measurements with micrometers, calipers, gauges and optical comparators, and ensure product quality through tests and documentation.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in inspection, High School Diploma or equivalent, and a strong focus on accuracy, calibration, and safety. This role requires on-site work and active participation in Lean 6S practices.
