We are hiring flex security officers for all shifts in Lake Zurich, IL. Position starts at $20.50/hour with weekly pay. Flex officers provide critical support by covering shifts that become open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other needs, ensuring uninterrupted service to our customers.

• Work, assign, and perform shifts as scheduled, including short‑notice coverage.
• Be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
• Maintain flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and all weather conditions.
• Stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
• Exhibit excellent customer‑service skills and communicate clearly in written form.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

• Security, military, or law‑enforcement supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid PERC Card preferred.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: PERC Card, CPR/First Aid.

• Training and assignment occur at various posts; the schedule varies based on operational need.
• Accept shifts as they become available; call‑ins may require short‑notice work.
• Work at least 80% of called shifts; refusal to more than 20% may affect employment.
