Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full‑Time Security Site Supervisor in the Lake Zurich, IL area. The position offers a pay rate of $23.50/hr paid weekly
.

• Monday - Friday 1:30 PM–9:00 PM (times may vary depending on operational needs)

• One year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• One year or more of experience in a supervisory or shift lead position.
• Reliable means of transportation and communication.
• Excellent customer service and report‑writing skills.
• Ability to mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure within the area of responsibility.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently.

A Security Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Shift Lead must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

High School diploma or equivalent.
