As a Water Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging and personalized water fitness classes, create progressive exercise plans, and ensure the safety and well‑being of all participants. Pay is $30-$40 per hour depending on qualifications/certifications for classes and $20 per hour for administrative tasks and training

As a Water Fitness Instructor, you will:

• Lead water fitness classes with a personalized approach.
• Give clear explanations of safe exercises and demonstrate correct form and provide safe alternate exercises.
• Set up facility or equipment.
• In case of injury, accident, or illness in pool area and provide backup to lifeguards as needed in emergencies.
• Report injuries and complete required procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have current Water Fitness certification.
• Must be physically and mentally able to respond to emergencies and administer CPR and First Aid effectively.
