Water Fitness Instructor
As a Water Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging and personalized water fitness classes, create progressive exercise plans, and ensure the safety and well‑being of all participants. You'll also assist with facility setup, provide emergency support, and maintain your certifications. Dive into a rewarding career where you can make a difference every day!
Pay is $30-$40 per hour depending on qualifications/certifications for classes and $20 per hour for administrative tasks and training

As a Water Fitness Instructor, you will:
- Lead water fitness classes with a personalized approach.
- Give clear explanations of safe exercises and demonstrate correct form and provide safe alternate exercises.
- Set up facility or equipment.
- In case of injury, accident, or illness in pool area and provide backup to lifeguards as needed in emergencies.
- Report injuries and complete required procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have current Water Fitness certification.
- Must be physically and mentally able to respond to emergencies and administer CPR and First Aid effectively.

- Following all policies and procedures related to keeping children safe in our facilities and programs, including those related to the monitoring and supervision of children.
