Duties
- Safely operate a School Bus following a set route and schedule
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers, especially children
- Maintain order and discipline among passengers, utilizing behavior management techniques when necessary
- Provide a high level of customer service to all passengers
- Keep the school bus clean and well-maintained
- Communicate effectively with transportation staff and passengers
Perks & Compensation
$25.75 – $30.00/hour, depending on experience
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus for fully endorsed drivers (School Bus Permit/Class
D)*
$250 Sign-On Bonus for new drivers (non-endorsed)*
$500 Referral Bonus*
