We’re hiring a Staff Accountant to join a growing team in Lakeland, Florida! This is a full-time, onsite role offering stability, competitive benefits, and the opportunity to own the full accounting cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Review purchase and sale HUD statements
- Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations
- Manage lines of credit and request bank draws
- Create closed job reports for sold properties
- Enter deposits and maintain records in Sage
- Prepare general ledger entries and reconcile accounts
- Collaborate on annual budgets and reporting
- Work with CPA firm on tax and accounting matter
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- Experience with journal entries and general ledger
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Experience with Sage a plus

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
