WORK ENVIORNMENT:
Professional office environment supporting counselors and the supervisor with various tasks.

OFFICE MACHINES:
Personal computer, fax machine, copier, calculator

SOFTWARE:
Using a variety of accounting, word processing, graph presentation and data base software application, including Micro Soft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word.

JOB DUTIES
  • Answering phones
  • Creating and maintaining a file system
  • Distributing mail
  • Maintaining and Creating Excel spreadsheets
  • Inventorying merchandise
  • Ordering office supplies
SKILLS NEEDED
  • Experience working in a professional office environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Team player, willingness to help with various office tasks
  • Experience using Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Experience with office mail distribution
  • Experience ordering office supplies and inventory management
