SOFTWARE:
Using a variety of accounting, word processing, graph presentation and data base software application, including Micro Soft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Answering phones
- Creating and maintaining a file system
- Distributing mail
- Maintaining and Creating Excel spreadsheets
- Inventorying merchandise
- Ordering office supplies
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Team player, willingness to help with various office tasks
- Experience using Excel, Outlook, Word
- Experience with office mail distribution
- Experience ordering office supplies and inventory management
