Process Excellence Specialist
Join Well Dyne Rx as a Process Excellence Specialist in our Lakeland, FL office. This onsite role requires five days per week attendance and candidate proximity to the office. The position is part of our Operational Excellence team, focusing on process improvement in the rapidly growing Health Tech sector.
Location & Work HoursLakeland, FL – onsite, five days per week. Candidates must reside within a comfortable commuting distance.
Responsibilities- Process Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancement. - Project Support:
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor process improvement projects. - Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and analyze data to provide insights into process performance and recommend optimization. - Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and best practices. - Change Management:
Assist in implementing and managing change initiatives, ensuring employees and stakeholders are engaged and informed. - Training & Development:
Support development and delivery of training programs to help teams adopt process improvements. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure all process improvements adhere to regulatory standards and maintain high quality. - Reporting:
Provide regular reports on the status and impact of projects to the Operations Manager and stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement Culture:
Promote a culture of operational excellence, sharing best practices and advocating continuous improvement principles.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
- Experience in process analysis, project management, or operations improvement (preferred).
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and software; SQL, Tableau, and Power
BI experience preferred. - Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Willingness to work a night shift as needed.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

This position is in a typical office environment that requires prolonged sitting and standing in front of a computer. It also requires hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment.
