• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Remain calm and confident in stressful emotional situations, interacting via phone and in person.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
• Manage financial transactions, following proper cash and credit‑card procedures.
• Advocate for pets through client education on preventative care and hospital services.

• At least one year’s recent experience in a medical environment (preferably veterinary). Equivalent education and experience acceptable.

• Quickly learning common veterinary terminology.
