Veterinary Client Service Representative – No Weekends

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
  • Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Remain calm and confident in stressful emotional situations, interacting via phone and in person.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
  • Manage financial transactions, following proper cash and credit‑card procedures.
  • Advocate for pets through client education on preventative care and hospital services.
  • Show empathy toward clients and treat pets with compassion and respect.
