Domino’s Pizza is looking for a Customer Service Representative who brings a friendly, energetic attitude to the store. The role involves taking orders, handling cash, upselling, and making high‑quality pizzas while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Take orders over the phone and in person.
• Deal with customer concerns and provide resolution.
• Handle cash and provide accurate change.
• Upsell products and special offers.
• Prepare and assemble Domino’s high quality pizzas.
• Control food portion and maintain hygiene and food safety.
• Perform general cleaning duties.

• Operate all equipment and prepare products.
• Stock ingredients, receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete associated paperwork.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Work in varying temperatures from 36°F to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Exposure to hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.

• Standing for most tasks.
• Walking for short distances.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds.
• Carrying: large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough.
• Pushing: moving trays on dollies up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Climbing: occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
• Stooping, bending, crouching/squatting: forward bending at the waist up to 30–45 seconds per bounce repeated continuously during the day.
• Reaching, hand tasks: continuous use of forearms and wrists; shaping dough requires frequent forceful use of forearms and wrists.
