We're looking for a Interior Designer to join our team in Lakeland, FL.

Grace Design Studios is seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our growing team. As part of a collaborative and creative studio, you’ll contribute to the design and execution of interior environments that inspire and perform. • Contribute to the development of interior design concepts, space planning, and material selections under the direction of senior designers.
• Assist in preparing design presentations, renderings, and documentation that clearly communicate design intent.
• Support the production of drawings and specifications for interior architecture, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
• Participate in programming, schematic design, and design development phases, incorporating feedback from team members and clients.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design integration and consistency across project disciplines.
• Conduct product and materials research, evaluate finishes, and assist in developing furniture and equipment plans.
• Participate in site visits and construction administration activities to observe progress and verify design implementation.
• Collaborate on the preparation of FF&E packages, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Support marketing and proposal efforts by assisting with graphics, presentations, and visual materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited program required.
• NCIDQ certification preferred or in progress.
• 3+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit required; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong design sensibility, technical ability, and attention to detail across all project phases.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow through mentorship and hands‑on project experience.
