We are hiring a Senior UX/Product Designer to help turn complex problems into clear, thoughtful product experiences on a team that values collaboration and shared ownership. You will design for both e-commerce journeys for our customers and data rich, efficiency focused tools used by fellow associates, working closely with product and engineering to ensure solutions hold up in real world use.

• Own design work from early problem framing through final delivery, creating solutions that reflect real customer needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape scope, align tradeoffs, and keep work moving steadily toward launch.
• Share work early and often, helping turn ideas into clear direction, surfacing the right feedback at the right time, and driving decisions forward.
• Explore concepts, test with customers, and use research, data, and prototyping to continuously refine and strengthen the product direction.
• Demonstrate strong judgment in applying new tools, workflows, and AI-enabled approaches to improve design quality, accelerate learning, and expand how the team delivers.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system by refining patterns and components and helping teams build more consistent experiences.
• Present work at an expert level, clearly articulating rationale, framing tradeoffs, and providing the context needed to help cross functional partners align and make confident decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Media, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant product design or UX design experience
• 3+ years designing customer facing web and mobile experiences
• 2+ years conducting or applying user research and usability testing findings
• 2+ years of experience in Figma, along with a demonstrated ability to…
