• Education:
  
  M.D., D.O.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)
• Completion of a fellowship in Total Joints or Trauma, preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Active, unrestricted FL license (or the ability to obtain FL license) is required.
