Alpha is transforming the traditional classroom experience. Our students don’t passively absorb lectures—they engage with adaptive learning platforms, advance through material at twice the typical pace, and develop practical life competencies. Your role is to ensure these "3 Promises" are delivered to every learner in your group and to develop our Guides so they can achieve the same outcomes.
You’ll combine exceptional coaching expertise with dynamic presentation skills, transforming training sessions, metric-focused team rallies, and precise feedback into powerful development experiences. If you have a history of breaking performance barriers, transforming struggling contributors into top performers, or consistently raising the bar beyond "acceptable," we’re looking for you to help us build excellence.
Why Alpha?- Competitive compensation for high-cost regions – elevated salary structure designed to reflect the living expenses in these metropolitan locations.
- Robust benefits and paid leave – full health coverage and ample time off.
- Support for relocation – provided to exceptional candidates.
- Development-focused environment – access to mentorship, professional training, and defined advancement opportunities.
- Coaching and developing Guides to deliver Alpha's workshop programming with exceptional quality.
- Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing common obstacles.
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances learner participation and outcomes.
- Personally coaching a select group of students, demonstrating advanced mentoring and motivational techniques.
- Creating traditional lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive technology; your role is preparing them to be outstanding motivators.
- Compromising on expectations – when our success standard is 100%, your responsibility is upholding that threshold.
- Running dull training sessions – you’ll develop Guides through dynamic, interactive, high-impact professional development.
Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort enjoys school, progresses at 2× the standard rate, and acquires essential life skills. No exceptions.
