What You’ll Do- Lead and inspire a high‑performing engineering team, creating an environment where people thrive and ideas flourish.
- Set the vision: develop and execute strategies that align with company goals and elevate operational excellence.
- Drive results: lead initiatives that reduce downtime, boost throughput, and minimize waste across production lines.
- Own complex projects: manage engineering projects from concept to completion, delivering on time and within budget.
- Ensure reliability: keep equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate for impact: partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
- Innovate boldly: stay ahead of industry trends in automation, printing, and packaging to bring cutting‑edge ideas to life.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in manufacturing process improvement and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards for industrial equipment.
- Experience with flexographic printing and related technologies.
- Familiarity with packaging automation and industrial control systems.
- Certifications in Lean or Six Sigma are a plus.

The estimated starting compensation range is $60,989–$200,500. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program and may be supplemented by discretionary bonuses and, for certain roles, commission.
