• Learn and follow standard testing protocols and procedures, ensuring adherence to company and industry specifications.
• Conduct performance testing and analysis of membrane products, including permeability, fouling resistance, selectivity, and other key parameters.
• Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures in accordance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment (e.g., filtration systems, analytical instruments).
• Record, analyze, and interpret test data.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, chemists, and the R&D team to identify areas for improvement and optimize membrane materials and processes.
• Troubleshoot testing issues and identify root causes of test discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during testing procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience with membrane-based technologies (e.g., reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration) is a plus, but not required.
• Hands‑on experience with laboratory testing equipment and data analysis tools would be beneficial, but not essential to success in this role.
• Chemistry experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Self‑management of time and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office experience, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Associate’s Degree in Chemistry (required).

On‑site // Monday‑Friday first shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, FL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
