• Develop cost estimates for proposals
• Assist sales team in preparation and, if requested, presentation of final project proposals
• Prepare and oversee project documentation, including spec sheets, O&M manuals, and validation documents, as applicable
• Manage customer submittals, including support drawings and specifications
• Work with designers to produce detailed engineering
• Maintain project schedule and budget
• Conduct project reviews and evaluations
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements, including product and system standardization, standard operating procedures, and engineering standards
• Identify potential issues and drive resolution to ensure schedules and budgets are met
• Set up and maintain customer contracts, jobs and services
• Prepare and issue quotes and account renewals; follow up through issuance of purchase orders
• Track and generate reports on business segment profitability, including cost analysis of services and projects
• Schedule service, prepare service orders, and perform billings
• Handle customer calls and coordinate service schedule with service technicians

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, organized, energetic, and capable of staying cool under pressure from multiple ongoing projects
• Previous customer relations experience preferred
