Technical Support, Systems Engineer
Position Overview
Perform engineering work as a technical expert on complex and specialist subjects. Supports management with the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information.
EssentialJob Duties / Responsibilities
- Respond to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software, and implement resolution across technology areas.
- Support multiple systems simultaneously and provide leadership for large project efforts.
- Perform configuration management, system administration, security administration, network administration, development system implementation, and/or production system implementation.
- Provide support or lead activities related to change management, outage management, and/or project management.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years of experience in an information technology or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of capital planning and forecasting.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network technologies.
- Some travel required.
Pay Range: $74,814.00 – $ per year (location‑specific ranges as listed above).
