Seeking an OTR or Occupational Therapist to cover therapy services in Lakeland, FL to provide treatment in an Assisted Living Facility setting. $115 per evaluation.

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Education and/or experience: new graduate applicants welcome + experienced therapists
• Actively licensed as a FL Occupational Therapist
