Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Lakeland, FL is part of a multi-unit spa franchise with 4 locations in the Tampa Bay area. Between our 4 locations we have almost 7000 members and are continuing to grow. Our first location opened 10 years ago in Brandon and we have several employees that have been with us since day 1.

• Design specific treatment plans based on each client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

• Active FL massage license, in good standing.
• Carry massage liability insurance.
• Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre‑natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue) is preferred, but not required;
  Hand & Stone offers training in all modalities.
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
