, HHA and CNA
's for immediate hire. No experience necessary. We will train the right candidate. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver s license to be considered for the position.

Service areas currently needing caregivers include Lakeland, Kathleen, Bartow, Mulberry (Western Polk County).

Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated. Home Instead is an EOE.

• Provide companionship and home helper services to seniors, including accompanying clients to appointments and running errands
• Meal preparation, medication reminders/assistance, and light homemaking (laundry, dishes, dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, kitchen counters, etc.)
• Offer companionship through conversation, activities, and listening
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting and incontinence issues, ambulation and transferring
• Assist with feeding and end-of-life or dementia care as needed
• Support clients with daily activities and ensure dignity and respect for clients and their property

• Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle
• Must pass a Level 2 background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen
• Ability to communicate with clients and family members in a friendly and congenial manner

• Daytime shifts from 4 hours to 12 hours, 7:00 am – 11:00 pm
• Evening shifts from around 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Overnight shifts available 10:00 pm – 6:00 am or 8:00 am
• All shifts are available

• Referral bonuses ($200 for referring a friend after 50 hours of their work) plus a second $200 when they reach 100 hours (total up to $400)
