• Evaluate and develop specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and the principles of Occupational Therapy.
• Provide appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Maintain Basic Life Support or complete Bay Care's Basic Resuscitation Course (BRC).

• Occupational Therapist State of Florida Licensure
• Basic Life Support
• Driver's License – Florida (required within 30 days of hire)

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy
• Preferred:
  Master’s in Occupational Therapy

• 1 year Occupational Therapy experience

• 1 year Home Care experience
