North American Family Institute (NAFI) is accepting resumes for a full-time Clinical Family Therapist to deliver Parenting with Love and Limits (PLL) to adolescent youth and families living in Hardee, Highlands and Polk Counties, Florida. PLL is an evidence-based community program. NAFI works with youth and families involved with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.

The therapist in this position provides family counseling, including group and individual sessions conducted in the client’s home or community setting.
ResponsibilitiesThe therapist will deliver PLL services, conduct home and community-based assessments, facilitate therapeutic sessions, and collaborate with case managers and juvenile justice staff to support families and youth.
Qualifications- Master’s Degree in a related human service field
- Proven experience working with at‑risk adolescent populations
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work evenings as needed
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic health records
- Bilingual applicant preferred
Salary: $55,000 annually.
