The IT Business Systems Analyst will provide technical support and assistance to resolve problems with the organization’s computer networks and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support—identifying, investigating, and resolving users’ problems with computer software and hardware—for problems specific to the organization’s computer networks and systems. For example:
  
  WMS or internal payroll clock in / out system
• Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.
• Collaborates cross functionally to research and resolve problems.
• Assist new hires with the setup of their new equipment
• Works with third party vendors at the direction of the VP of Information Technology
• Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the VP of Information Technology

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication (verbal, written & listening), interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to relate and explain cross functionally to internal and external customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior understanding of computer and networking hardware and software systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn a broad array of networking and systems hardware and software.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of four years of related work experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a temperature below 30 degrees for extended periods of time
• Prolonged period working in a warehouse environment
• Walking for up to 4 hours a day
• Standing in a warehouse on a concrete floor or up to 6 hour a day
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 to 30 pounds at times.
