Engineering Specialist IV

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Perform engineering work, as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information.

• Respond to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software and implement resolution across technology areas.
• Support multiple systems simultaneously and provide leadership for large project efforts.
• Perform configuration management, system administration, security administration, network administration, development system implementation, and/or production system implementation.
• Provide support or lead activities related to change management, outage management, and/or project management.
• Mentor development of less senior staff.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent work experience plus seven (7) years of experience in information technology or engineering environment.
• Knowledge of capital planning and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, hardware, software, and systems.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and serve as a knowledge resource to other employees.

• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following technology domains:
  Microsoft 365 email & collaboration platforms, email routing, security & hygiene solutions, IT Service Management (ITSM) practices with a focus on CMDB administration.
• Experience with automation tools, scripting languages, and excellent problem‑solving and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Some travel required.

The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location(s). Pay Range: $70,579.00 - $ per year.
