We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead for our Foundation Support team based in Lakeland, FL. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for providing exceptional support and maintenance for our foundation systems, ensuring stability, reliability, and continuous improvement.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of foundation support specialists to deliver high-quality technical support and solutions.
• Coordinate daily team activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues related to foundation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and product management to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and best practices for foundation support activities.
• Analyze support metrics and team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of team members.

• Strong understanding of foundation systems, structural support, or related technical areas.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency with support ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and documentation platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to drive team performance improvements.

• Preferred – Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license, in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in patient assistance, healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience with manufacturer patient assistance programs preferred.

This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients. Some travel may be required.
