Commercial Lines Account Manager

Foundation Risk Partners , one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Commercial Lines Account Manager to theirWork Comp Solutionsteam in Lakeland, FL.

Job Summary:

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will provide tailored insurance solutions, cultivate strong client relationships, and serve as the go-to resource. Your expertise will support client retention, risk management strategies, and policy compliance to create value for both clients and the agency.

Essential Functions:

• Strong expertise in handling accounts within the Construction, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors
• Experience managing Middle Market to Large Commercial accounts
• Comprehensive knowledge across all lines of commercial insurance coverage
• Partner with Sales Producer team to ensure client needs are met

Competencies & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a courteous and engaging demeanor
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial Lines within an Independent Insurance Agency setting
• Prior Applied EPIC experience is a plus

Hybrid work schedule following successful onboarding and training
