The Claim Operations Associate II u2013 Translation provides language translation and interpretation services to support claims operations and ensure effective communication with injured workers, providers, employers, and internal teams. This role translates claim-related documents and facilitates verbal communication while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and service excellence.

• Provide verbal interpretation services for claim-related calls, meetings, and communications.
• Assist claims professionals and business partners in communicating with non-English-speaking customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure translations are accurate, timely, and consistent with industry terminology.
• Document translated communications within claim management systems as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive claim and medical information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient claim processing and resolution.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Participate in training, process improvement initiatives, and other departmental projects as assigned.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
• Experience in insurance, workers' compensation, healthcare, or related industries preferred.

Education: High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)

Experience: Generally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in claim operations or customer service.
