Job Requirements And Duties

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
• Other duties include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image, standards adherence, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a regular basis.

Training

Orientation and on-the-job training are provided.

Communication Skills

• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or by phone.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change and process orders using a computer.
• Verbal and written communication skills; good hand-eye coordination for fast, accurate tasks.
• Ability to navigate delivery area addresses and use a map if needed.

Work Conditions

• Varying weather, in-store temperatures, and exposure to kitchen odors.
• Cramped spaces, hot surfaces up to 500+ degrees, sharp edges and moving parts.
• Delivery activities may require driving and navigating stairs or multi-story buildings.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, and occasional climbing.
• Delivery duties may involve carrying pizzas, ingredients, and supplies; driving is required for delivery.

Additional Information

Requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
