Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Culture: Recruit, train, and lead restaurant staff - including Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, Kitchen Crew, and Front-of-House team members.

  • Operations Management: Conduct regular facility walk-throughs to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

  • Financial & Inventory Management: Collaborate with vendors for high-quality, cost-effective, and responsibly sourced products.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate diverse teams while maintaining a positive, professional tone.
  • Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control experience.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexibility to relocate to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home, as needed.
  • Serve Safe certification and successful completion of company management certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary or management training is a plus.
