As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll inspire your team to work together effectively, overcome problems and smash their performance targets every shift. Always looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working, you’ll drive continual improvement in the DC so that, as a business, we’re always getting better at meeting customer needs. You’ll also deputise for the Operations Manager when required.

Of course you’ll make sure the DC is a pleasant and safe place to work for all team members, but it’s your attention to their skill development that will enable you to retain them.
